Pre-production review

Storyboard
The storyboard has a total 25 shots, most of the shots (21 of them) have full detail of the type of shot, the duration of the shot and detail of the action. However the last four lack full detail but still maintain the duration of the shot and what type it is. I believe that this piece of work is at the Merit level, if not it's very close and only needs detail for those last few shots.

Shotlist
The shot list has detail, but it follows the storyboard instead of collecting all the shots into one. For example all the close ups should be together instead of following the storyboard. So at the moment this is only a pass. However if the shots were re arranged it could reach a merit level.

Prop list
The prop list for this shot looks incomplete. It has some of the items needed but also has unneeded information like having women's make-up instead of male's (might be a nit pick). The clothing is wrong and should only have casual clothing instead of smart clothing. The detail is also lacking and NEEDS more info; like why they are wearing that clothing, does it appeal to the audience? It stands as a pass.

Location reccess

The recee has the needed photos for the shot but lacks photos of the stairs and fails to go into detail about the huge hazed that faces the group. This is needed because without this the recce is not fully completed and it stands as a pass.

Script
The script looks detailed with information in each shot, but is missing the first two shots from the storyboard. I believe it stands as a strong merit or possible distinction.

Permissions for filming
While the permission is there, it is meant to be in an e-mail format and is the wrong date (understandable). We need an email with detail about what we intend to do, where we are going to do it and why we need to do this. So it stands as uncompleted and a pass.

Personal
This has much more detail with accurate description of the people that are filming in this. But doesn't have photos of the people in the crew and because of this it is just off from being complete. Get the photos to get the merit.

Booking equipment
The photo is there, but maybe a small write up is needed explain more about the equipment. Pass lv
